Help your Neighbor
Donations help us continue to supply food and hygiene products to anyone in need in the Greater Derry area. We purchase food from the NH Food Bank, and other reduced cost programs, as well as from local stores to re-stock items in short supply.
The generous support of our donors and community partners allows us to help approximately 150 families per month, totaling 300-400 individuals in need.
Thanks to the generous support of the First Baptist Church, the Community Food Pantry has been able to operate rent-free since 1988. This means all monetary contributions to the food pantry go to purchasing food, operation of the pantry, and sustaining its mission.
Your gift will help us continue to keep our shelves stocked and open to those in need, so no one has to skip a meal or is forced to go without.

Critical Donation Months
Food donations slow down for the pantry between March and August each year and any support, monetarily or with food, would be greatly appreciated.
Other Ways to Support the Pantry
The Community Food Pantry also participates in several fundraisers each year including our September Yard Sale (on the same weekend as Derryfest), and a Spin-a-thon at the Zoo Workout Club. We are also planning a Polar Plunge in 2018. More information about these fundraisers will be displayed on our Calendar page closer to the event date.
